Meet Our President And Founder
Maurice C. Kelly, MBA

With Mr. Kelly's leadership and vision, Assisted Living at Home is a progressive company with an eye toward the future, grounded in the stability and success of the past.

Maurice C. Kelly, president and founder of Assisted Living at Home, began his career in the home care field in the mid 1960's, following a successful management career in the insurance industry. As president of Homemakers Inc. (later, Upjohn Healthcare Services), Mr. Kelly led the most well-developed and successful region in the nation serving Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties. He was one of the founders and first president of the New York State Association of Health Care Providers whose purpose was to share experiences in the industry, promote home care development and advocate for positive change. In 1989, Mr. Kelly established New York Nursing Care, Inc., a licensed home care services agency concentrating on serving Long Island families in need.

In addition to nursing and personal care service, Mr. Kelly recognized the need to address the prevention of disease and its progression. This led to the launching of Assisted Living at Home. His vision was to help transform homes into wellness centers and to surround loved ones with excellent personal care such as purified air, alkalinized anti-oxidant water systems, home exercise programs and home gyms, nutritional counseling and customized supplements, home safety and remodeling…all leading to a healthy home and healthy lifestyle.

On a personal level, Mr. Kelly personifies the management philosophy of Assisted Living at Home. Eighty-seven years young, with no health conditions or medications, Mr. Kelly's health and his home showcase clean air, the healing qualities of alkalinized water, a home gym, excellent nutrition and customized vitamin supplements as well as a positive outlook for mind, body and spirit.
